		<description>I wonder if any of us really has a choice but to resist ---and when the teacher turns out to be a human being, rather than the demi-god we are seeking, resistance seems so justified.  Letting go of ego goals is a process for sure.  Even when I think I am ready, I find ways of resisting that are subtler but still resistance.  My favourite is just to go unconscious--get caught up in some dream or love, and wander away with the best of intentions to return soon.  Sometimes that &#039;soon&#039; turns out to be a year or two.</description>
